Yes but i dont remember it being very strongly scented

Nope. Just dry hair. Never tried it in wet hair

Can this be used on a beard?

Yes, I used it instead of fixo. Hold very well, probably one of the best hair spray tried for beard. only issue seems to be expensive for number of times you can use.
