My favorite dumpling cookbook
I own several cookbooks devoted to just dumplings, and this is far and away my favorite. The dough recipes, illustrative photos, and dumplings themselves are all great. I've owned this cookbook for a few years now and after cooking out of it for the last three days in a row I felt compelled to sit down and write this review. I have not made anything that did not turn out (when I followed the recipe) and several of the recipes are now household favorites. I love that I can successfully make these dumplings without any highly specialized equipment or ingredients (although both elevate the outcome). My particular favorites are the pork and chive dumplings and the black pepper beef. Buy this book!

This book is a treasure. Wonderful subject, wonderful pictures, clear and accurate instructions. I am well on the road to becoming a dumpling addict!!!!

Great dumpling recipe book
We've made multiple recipes from this book from BAO to pork and chive dumplings. All have come out great.

An Asian Cookbook for the Rest of Us
Thank you for including alternatives when the cook can’t find the ingredient and is no where near an Asian market. Thank you for explaining the pantry items and how to make flavorful stock. Thank you for illustrations and directions. If you love dumplings and Asian soups, you will not be disappointed. There are a variety of choices among the recipes that I am looking forward to making.

If you want to make dumplings you must get this book for recipes, technique and ingredients!
This is a superb cookbook. I own several hundred in all types of cuisine by many of the best restaurant/chefs in the world . Learning a new cuisine is never easy as it takes a knowledge of both ingredients and technique that may be unfamiliar even to the best of chefs. This chef is highly skilled and I have made over a dozen of these recipes (dumplings and sauces) and have found them to be almost flawless - very unusual for me having cooked hundreds of recipes from many different cookbooks. If you want to make dumplings (and every one should) this is the book! Shout out to Myers and Chang book too - have eaten at the restaurant and also cooked all of the dumpling recipes in their book - but All Day Wong is totally dedicated to dumplings

Fun book
Fun cook book. With both traditional and not so traditional ideas. Recipes for skins work well.

Easy to follow instructions of so many dishes, pictures of folding is great,and more information than you can imagine . I’m inspired.

Wonderful
This is a great book. I've already tried out a few recipes and found them simply delicious. The instructions are easy to follow and my dumpling dough as never been so good. A must have for anyone interested in dumpling making.

This lady is a Rebel
She does it her way and has well-researched recipes. Very tasty. I wish the book came in hardback though...
