Reduces static, speeds up drying.
I decided to purchase these dryer balls to try and reduce static build up in my tumble dryer and to help tumble the laundry to stop things rolling into a big ball.*When the item arrived, I was impressed with the quality; the wool balls are dense but still have some give, they are well sized (I’d say about 1cm all around bigger than a tennis ball), and they came in the cotton storage bag which is pictured; some similar products pictured the storage bag, but reviewers stated it wasn’t included.*I’ve had the product for a good few months now; they have definitely helped reduce static build up, they are keeping their shape and still appear in great condition. They still smell pleasant; I imagine the only reason they wouldn’t is if they were left damp for extended periods. They have cut down drying times by helping to aerate the laundry; I haven’t experienced anything negative so far.It’s definitely better than having to keep buying disposable dryer sheets.**Overall, I would say this is a quality product and would definitely recommend.

Never buy dryer sheets again!
Bought these because my husband is allergic to all perfumes and I couldn't find decent dryer sheets. The package came with 3 white balls and 3 light gray balls. They were bigger than I expected, a little larger than a baseball. These work great! Dry clothes faster and his dress shirts weren't even a smidge wrinkled when I pulled them out at the end of the cycle.

Love the Balls
A friend suggested wool dryer balls after I developed a skin irritation (she believes dryer sheets are poison). I was worried about loud banging in my dryer (my dog barks at every noise) and the smell from wet wool. Neither are an issue! I've used three balls in multiple medium loads without any additional noise. And as far as smell, I haven't noticed any. Now before my first load, I added a few drops of essential oils to the balls. But that was five loads ago and I still don't smell anything. Very, very pleased with this purchase that I bought another set this week so I can have six of each color for large loads. And I haven't had any static cling (my big fear of ditching dryer sheets, I was worried about static if I dried without the sheets). And no lint residue thus far. And drying time has way improved but that could also be to me cleaning the dryer vent to outside. Either way, these balls are a winner and will replace dryer sheets from here on out.

Totally in fluffy love!
I purchased these Fluffy Balls at FULL PRICE, and would do so again!I can't use fabric softener because of allergies, and I don't want to because of the chemicals.I am so happy I made this purchase!!!My drying time has reduced, as well as the temperature I need in order to get clothing dry.Last week I tried using essential oil. I loved being able to add a soft scent to the clothes. I used 3 drops on each of the balls.I purchased the set with 3 of each tone because I was concerned about the fuzz. I use all 6 in light and dark loads. But, if I had a VERY dark load, I would choose to use the 3 dark balls. I have a black shirt I will definitely choose to do this with since it attracts lint all on its own.I have white towels and have not noticed any dark fuzz in the towels. (I'm very picky and would pick it out if it was there.)I did not notice any "scent" to the balls, but in putting it up to my nose ... there was a slight smell. (My nose it trained for food and spices, so I feel like the "smell" some have referred to might be exaggerated.)The balls are near the size of a tennis ball and are slightly "squeezable".They are VERY soft to the brushing/rubbing/holding touch.I am so happy I made this purchase!!!! Thank you for creating a product I can stand behind and believe in!!!

Update: figured out how to eliminate all the static
I used to use the plastic balls in the dryer, but when I came across these I thought what the heck? I do feel they help clothes dry faster. I used to have to leave the bath towels in for another round in the dryer, but now they come out dry (same time in the dryer). Not too sure about the anti-static claim. Some of my stuff still has static, which was not an issue before with dryer sheets. I removed a star for that. I do love the fragrance (I chose lemongrass). It's wonderful and even using just the recommended 3 drops, your laundry and laundry room smell great.Update: I figured out that I can eliminate the static problem by cutting the drying time by about 10-15 minutes. So now I save not only on dryer sheets but on electricity too. Works so well i purchased another set for my mom.

These are excellent quality wool dryer balls.Now that I see this, I will make a future order.The wool balls are well constructed and have a nice feel to them.Good, sturdy surface with softer inside.Good quality wool.In addition to the quality of the dryer balls, attention to detail in packaging makes this extra special, and what I will go to for future orders of dryer balls.To make the package even more appealing, they come in a musin drawstring sack with quality felted drawstring.Reusable and well made.I highly recommend this product.
