Is the colour of this cage a true white or is it more of a pale grey stone shade?

This actually made me curious, so I checked my "white" cage against a white sheet of paper. And it shows as pale light grey rather than pure white. Hope that helped.

Can rabbits live in it?

No. Not at all suitable for rabbits. Rats or chinchillas only.

Is this cage big enough for 2 adult chinchillas ?

Yes. I have two chinchillas in one, but it could take four... More I would't recommend.

They love the upper and middle (larger) levels for sleep, play and run arround, and the smaller shelves for the feeding and water bottles.
I put the hay and sand bath in the bottom soo I can clean it easyer by just pulling the plastic tray.
They booth fit jus fine in the wholes between levels. They don't chew the plastic of the shelves as it is too hard (Even for the Chinchillas!!!).
Can fit two wood houses and a lot of toys and wood. Very safe (No chance to escape) and very well built. Would keep an eye for oxidation in the bottom, but its easy to fix by using a non toxic spray paint once a year on the oxidated areas.
The GREAT thing about this cage: Is the best one I've ever had for cleaning!!! Large doors (3) makes it an easy process. 
I use one for my two Chinchillas, and two side by side, for my 5 ferrets.
Not suitable for other animals other than chinchillas or ferrets, maybe eventually larger spices of mice. Hamsters (Syrian, Russian, Roborovsky) not an option!!! Guinea pigs only if yours loves to climb to the upper levels... But I doubt they would!
Tried many different models before this (Savic 100 and 120) and Voltrega... And its not comparable how better this one is!!!!
It also looks good in an living room... And the wheels makes it easy to moove arround. Very light when empty. Instructions aren't brilliant as I remember, but it's quite easy to assemble by one person.
