I bought this for my husband for christmas. It said it was delivered. However, I could not locate it at my front door. I contacted the seller to say I did not receive it. They messaged me back stating it was delivered to my community mailbox. Amazon packages are never delivered there. So, I checked, and it was there. I was so relieved. Love the product, my husband will love it, and love the quick response from the customer service team helping me locate it. Would recommend them to anyone.
