Pigeons still wandering around close to the tape
Looks like the wood pigeons are not bothered by the tape and continue to wander where they please leaving their usual mess behind. The tape definitely does make a noise when wind blows across it although so far it doesn't seem to scare the pests away.

Great product. We no longer have pigeons sitting on top of our pergola.
The product works. It does make a noise in the wind, but generally, I do not sit outside if it is too windy, so don't hear it when it's calm.

Doesn't deter blackbirds
I can't say it doesn't work at all. But I can definitely say it doesn't work for blackbirds which was what I bought it for. I was hoping I could keep them off my peas with this but had to resort to a net which I'm not keen on
