it helped alot with my sleep & keeping me calm, i have a high anxiety issues (my 2 yr old puppy is too blame ;) ) I was hesitant at first cause I used another brand prior too, but this one the flavor is delicious 😋 ... I have it on a subscription.... you wouldn't even know it was made with mushrooms either by the taste

This is my first time trying the reishi so we will see if it makes changes, however I am disappointed that this one didn’t come in a fancy box with a cute sticker like the lions Maine ones. :(

My body seems to absorb the medication in a gummy form better. Vivid dreams.
Sometimes I take some new supplements in a capsule form and My body do not respond as well. The medications in a gummy form seem to get absorbed faster. My body thinks it is a food. This brought vivid dreams and seemingly deeper sleep. I am an older women and the sleep is a big deal. I am going to take this reishi for a few more months and see what happens.

Obsessed with these. They help me and my husband sleep better than melatonin, magnesium and other prescription or otc sleep aids. We’ve been taking them for a few months now and our sleep is patterns are noticeably different. I wake up feeling very rested, A+
