A professional finish to home baking!
These sugar nibs give a professional finish to home baking! They are a bit different and a fun product! The box is not very robust and was open in the package when it arrived. Apart from that I am very pleased with it and would happily but it again.

Used these to top my cardamom rolls and they are perfect. Exactly what I was looking for! Tastes sweet but not overly sweet.

Obs! Swedish, white crystals
The sugar crystals are white, not transparent as I am used to in Norway. Don't look that nice I think, but they do the job!

Smaller than usual pearl sugar
Product delivered in a plastic bag and box was damaged so pearls had leaked out. Appeared to be some glue-like substance on the top but that could have been melted sugar. I've put the pearls into a sealed Kilner jar to keep them. Much smaller in size than I expected so I would probably go for a different brand next time.
