Order down a size.
The chain is good quality, however the size small I ordered for our puppy was huge. I put it on our large dog instead.

Misleading
I tried to take a picture to show but this is for large dogs. I can’t use it and have to spend more money to get the correct size. I will refrain from spending money with this merchant again. Best of luck!
