Works great looks good. Easy to use
I had this in my last house and liked it so much I bought another one when I moved home. East to install, works with Alexa and looks good. Definitely recommend. Great alternative to Nest or Hive

Keep it in the shade
I bought one for our extension to control the UFH. THe display stopped working after 13 months - I thought I had dropped it, so paid for another. Turns out the display can't deal with any sort of sunshine. The second one has failed after 9 months. So three hundred pounds odd later, I have no working controller. Not fit for the purpose I bought it for. It isn't clear whether Amazon accept faulty (in this way) goods back - nothing on their website. So I might end up sitting for hours on the phone.....

Wanted this to monitor the heat control as it gets to hot downstairs and this works an absolute dream very happy with this product

Not bad but shortfalls in the implementation of geofencing.
Installation wasn't too bad as I was putting this in to replace an existing CM927 and the wiring for the relay box was identical. Took a while to get the Thermostat to connect to the app and my WIFI but got there in the end. I feel there are a couple of annoying flaws in the design around the implementation of the Geofencing function. It only allows 1 'home' program and 1 'away' program. This means that you have to have the same wake up time for weekdays and the weekend. Personally I don't want the heating to come on at 6am on a Sunday as I do in the week. The normal Schedule function allows for individual days or week/weekend mode so it's disappointing that nobody thought it might be useful to have a different program for the weekend when using geofencing! The other issue which compounds the problem is that if you turn on geofencing then when you turn it off again it makes you re-program the whole schedule as it defaults back to factory setting! This effectively means that it's not practical to just turn the geofencing on in the week and off at the weekend. Its a shame, geofencing seemed like such a good idea but the implementation on this device means that I'm unlikely to use it now.
