I have had this for sometime now and it really is the best one I have found - I take it wherever I go!

Not quite right
this pillow is pretty good but for me only when my head was in the dip and it needed to be at a precise spot or i'd feel my neck beginning to ache. This became more apparent the longer i had it the first night was heaven but as the nights went by all the dips and humps in the pillow became a hindrance what with turning over to sleep on my back front or side trying to re find that sweet spot or should i say dip. and when your half asleep you don't know its not the sweet spot until you wake up with the stiff neck. i need a pillow with out all the bells and whistles

Neck pillow
This pillow is the best,I have had lots of pillows, that only work for a few weeks.I don't know how long I have had this pillow but it is still working.i have washed the cover and it still fits nicely over the pillow.If thinking of getting this pillow, get it as you will be as happy as I am .

Not suitable for me
I seem to have a lot of problems finding a suitable pillow, which is why I haven't rated this pillow as good or bad. The design idea is fantastic, as it's wonderfully adjustable, and I really hoped this would be The One. I've had one of their others a long time ago but can't remember if I liked it or not. It's perhaps too firm for me, as I get migraine very easily, and I just couldn't find a comfortable spot on it.

Game changer
So...I've been having issues with my neck and shoulders in the mornings. Sometimes waking up with a headache. I bought new pillows several times but nothing. Even had physio it got so bad at one point. This was delivered yesterday. I've had THE best nights sleep ever. Woke up to no aching neck and shoulders, slept like a log. It's an absolute game changer! Highly recommended if you're waking up with neck and shoulder issues!

Has less support on my neck than I expected.
The quality of the product is good but did not do much for me as it offers very little support for my head and neck.
