Works fine
I never use the chain collar as a choker. I always put a ring to connect so it never is a choker. The chain collar is mainly to hold my dogs license, rabies and other info. Walk her in a harness. The chain collar makes it easier on my dog which seems to be sensitive to regular colars.

Works well but like its competitors, should be in more lengths
These training collars ride too low if they are too long and are hard to remove if they are too short. Need to be in more lengths.

Kept my dog from killing me on the Appalachian trail
Collar was effective on deterring my dog from pulling me down a hill of sharp jagged rocks on the Appalachian trail. She now only pulls when we walk up hill which is actually helpful and sled dog like.

Nope! Nope! Nope!
It chokes and doesn't let up! This collar choked my baby and kept choking, it didn't loosen up when came back towards me. It scared me and him. I highly recommend you DONT buy this collar. It's thin and the links are not smooth. Very poor quality. I only use a choke as my baby has a small head and slips a regular collar and this just flat out hurt us on multiple levels. I ended up buying the (Terrain D.O.G. Chain Slip collar for $3.09) from amazon. I love it. Please don't put this collar on your babies if you care for them at all.

Good Old-Fashioned Dog Collar
If I had to wear a collar I would want a chain instead of those thick, woven, scratchy collars. Of course, it depends on your dog's coat. My dog scratches so much less now that she wears a chain collar.

The quality is not what you are expecting
On the left is this choke chain. On the right is one from a name brand store. You can see the difference in thickness and quality despite being the same length. What I found about this chain by TagMe is that it does not "release" as well. So it tends to stay tighter on the dogs neck than it should. I don't know if it's the thinness of the material or the shape of the links.Recommendation: spend a couple extra dollars to purchase a quality chain from a local retailer.

Shorter than described
I bought an extra small size 11.4 in, but it's only 11 in. I need a little bit longer one. I tried to return it, but I couldn't find the right category to return.
