Not sure but has the same consistency as high street products.They show around 50% added sugar

There are two types of "dried" fruits, generally - the air dried and the sugar-pressurised-dried. The true "no added sugar" dried fruits are the flat sometimes a little leathery, fruits you see - the flat dried apricots, dried banana, peaches, the round white circles of dried apple, even dried dates. Air dried, sometimes in hot ovens (not hot to the point of cooking, more "forced air dry). These ones with the more squarish profile are heavily packed with sugar - the process is a pressurised high-sugar solution, then dried out. I used to buy these from PantryMan stores in Australia.; they actually carried a sugar warning label on their large tubs of them, over 70% sugar. They are YUMMY, for sure... but they are also extremely sweet with the sweetness taking over the pawpaw flavour - think in terms of something like "crystallised pineapple" If you want "no added sugar" and only natural fruit sugars, these are not the good option.
