I'm flying so not sure if this it's more tha 100 mls per tube? Can someone tell me pls how much is in the tube? In mls....

The tube is 115mg which is the same as 115 mls. It would be harsh of to take this away but suggest you buy a travel 100 ml container and decant into that to be safe.

How do you apply this cream

I would massage a pea sized area of the cream into the affected area - usually groins or buttocks, thinly - 4 pea sized should cover that area. Can be used on broken skin unlike some other artist preparations. This is a very good barrier product. Use it on your hands to protect them. So apply either directly to skin or if using on someone else then onto a tip of your gloves finger and apply . Spread thinly and widely. Good luck.
