If you have knots or tight muscles especially in your back, get one!
First came across these in a cross fit gym in the US. Got back to the UK and invested straight away, cheap and simple but they are great. I use it mainly for upper back which is knotty as I train a fair bit but also spend a fair bit of time at a desk. This little thing can easily replace expensive physio and massage sessions used regularly. You can target knots and work them out using is against a wall, similar to rollers but more precise and targeted. My back and shoulders used to click and pop like crazy and id occasionally get neck tightening/spasms that would stiffen my neck up for days. Using this has made a huge difference, for the price it's a no brainer. Simple, effective.

Met an acupuncturist on a sailing trip (pre covid!!) that recommended these. Exactly as described, speedy delivery. Not sure if it's coincidence but came in same package as other item ordered that day which meant it was a no-fuss delivery and helped save on cardboard!

Pain relief
Very good for nerve pain I the foot, ball is smooth and not spiky which makes such a difference, I would recommend for anyone with any kind of pain in the feet, not tried anywhere else on my body yet

Fantastic Item
A friend of mine is studying sports physio and introduced me to this item. It is probably one of the best most used things I own. I like most people suffer from aches and stiffness to my neck shoulders and rhomboids and this folks is the solution. I used to use a tennis ball but its just not got the right amount of impact. This ball has caused me a great deal of pain – in a nice way - that nice pain you feel when you know its hitting the spot. My friend has shown me multiple uses for this ball (just Google trigger point massage) and now after a few weeks of regular use I am free from the daily shoulder pain from tight muscles. One of the best purchases I have ever made!

Hasta el momento estaba utilizando una pelota de tenis para presionar los "trigger points" de la musculatura, pero esta pelota va bastante mejor: Es lo suficientemente dura Está hecha de un material que hace que cuando está apoyada en superficies resbaladizas, no patine cuando aplicas presión sobre ella y (ej.: en el mármol del suelo de mi casa). Funciona Recomiendo ir masajeando hasta encontrar un punto donde duele. Cuando lo encuentres, deja caer tu peso contra la pelota y respira profundamente varias veces. Duele, pero el alivio es instantáneo.

Si lo que queréis es una pelota para masaje en puntos concretos, es cinco estrellas, pero mi perro de agua la cogió y en una hora ya tenia mas agujeros que la luna.

He comprado esta pelota hace ya unos dos años para ayudarme a deshacer nudos que se me suelen formar en la espalda y realmente me ha ayudado muchísimo. La pelota tiene un diámetro similar al de una pelota de tenis, yo la utilizo poniéndome de espalda hacia la pared y pongo la pelota en la zona en la que siento el nudo, lo que hago es apretar con fuerza la espalda contra la pelota y la pared y empiezo a hacer movimientos circulares. Es lo que más me alivia. Recomendacion: asegúrense que la pelota esta limpia antes de hacer este movimiento sobre la pared para que no les pase lo que me ha pasado a mi, ahora lo que hago para evitar inconvenientes es meter la pelota dentro de un calcetín. Teniendo en cuenta que ya llevo usando esta pelota al menos una vez al mes durante dos años, creo que vale muchísimo la pena el precio que he pagado. Les he dejado un vídeo para que puedan ver la rigidez de la pelota.

Me suelen salir nudos en la parte baja del trapecio, y eso hace que me suba el dolor a la cabeza, con esta pelota de momento voy evitando 3 dolores , yo personalmente me apoyo la espalda con la pelota en una pared, (en el suelo me cuesta más darme el masaje en esa zona y no controlo tan bien la presión a ejercer) y hago el masaje en la zona donde me suele salir el nudo, y de momento me ha funcionado, me ha solucionado más esta pelota , que una pistola de masajes que cuesta bastante más. En definitiva, quitar nudo de espalda; genial.
