I just got my parcel ..and I start it ..there some weird voice coming from head phone..this is not at all worth buying.. I want to return this product..let me know the process

Neckband is excellent against the price. Sound is very good. Not too loud nor too low, especially even on iPhone, sound is loud enough. I play bgmi and pubg new state games. For bgmi, direction of footsteps, gun sound is very easy to understand. In new state game, developer have kept very low sound of footsteps and I was really finding it difficult to hear clear footsteps. Tried 4-5 good earbuds, neckbands but was not satisfied. Randomly I ordered this and it solved my problem. Now even in new state, footsteps are clear. This neckband has 3d acoustics(as mentioned on the box), so literally every footstep can be felt and you can really understand enemy is moving from where to where.Considering the price, you can buy this without any hesitation.Only con is this was launched around 2 years back. So it’s like buying 2 year old product. But yes, build quality, battery, buttons all are very good. Mainly it doesn’t feel cheap bot in build and sound.Thanks

The fitness on your neck and quality is very cheap,,,also i exchanged the same product after buying it as the there was a problem in the product but again the product that came had similar issues,,Amazon has really disappointed us again with the quality of the product,,last time I bought ptron headphones and within 3 months the product became faulty with fires torned and broken,,would not recommend

The warrenty policy is worse I'm saying because my product covers 15 month warrenty and after 11 month my neckband left side not working so I pay for there courier charges to deliver it to there service center and there team is saying my product is out of warrenty. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Great sound and build quality. Good battery backup.... Loved it ....One ear stopped working in 2 months but the company replaced it for a new one ... That too just by online support ... Ahd to courier them the faluty unit and they also paid me for the courier and replaced within 1 week ... Awesome online after sales service ...

There is no question about the sound quality. For the price charged, it is good. However, I am disappointed with Boult customer service. The wireless earphone got spoilt after a month of usage. It stopped switching on. I sent it to the customer service and they never replied until I told them that they were negligent. I still haven't received my product replacement.I am quite disappointed with Boult. I will not buy again.Edit: No replacement product has been shipped at the time of writing this edit.Edit 2: replacement product was defective too. Don't bother buying this E-waste. It had same issues. Might as well break it and throw it in the trash can.
