Not Boring!
My new fitness buddy! Really enjoy these Jessica Smith exercising DVD's. I particularly like this box set because an exercise routine has been selected for each day. Even when the dreaded HIIT sessions appear, I still do it! I don't feel I'm doing the same ol' routine and the best thing is ? NO FLOOR WORK! You'll still do Abs workouts but in an upright position, brill!

Just brilliant!!
Had this three days and lost 4lb already. Easy to follow and gives a great workout with three levels of intensity on most. It comes with a 30 day program to follow. She reminds me very much of Kathy Smith dvds which I also have but needed something where I could stand upright much of the time for medical reasons. This does the trick. I am seeing real results fast so am very motivated to keep going....I would recommend this set to all my friends and family and already have my eldest daughter hooked.

Enjoyable and easy to use
Jessica is enthusiastic and encouraging. The programmes are about 30 minutes long, some are longer. There are different ability levels to work to . I enjoy following the 30 day plan so there is a different programme every day. I have several of Jessica's DVDs and find them effective, challenging and not too long.

Fantastic workout challenge.
I absolutely love this, I already have 4 of Jessica's workout dvds, I fancied this one as its a 30 day challenge, its nice to mix it up. I can honestly say these workouts are keeping me sane during Covid19 lockdown. The workouts are challenging without being either dangerous to your joints etc or off-putting. I would definitely recommend, Jessica is extremely encouraging without being ott. Love it!

Lost 6 lbs in 30 days despite have the odd naughty calorie day.
I really enjoyed the variety of the 30 day workouts. Due to when the discs arrived I was able to start Day 1 on the first of the month. This helps me to know where I am in the programme. I have just started a second set on the 1st of the next month. My Fitbit has helped me to look back over the first 30 days to see my progress.
