I was put on hold and then hung up on. Amazon if you're reading this please take note.

Absolute waste of time. Worked for maybe 5 minutes ? The "compatible" app is beyond terrible, crashes repeatedly, forgets the camera, forgets the connection you spent 2 hours trying to set-up, resets your password to default and then doesn't let you do anything until you change the password which it doesn't let you do either. I've spent 6 hours trying to reset the camera and start over, I can get as far as it SAYING it's connected to the internet but it isn't and when I TRY to establish that connection in the app nothing loads. I'm so disappointed I didn't chose another brand, I've wasted my christmas money. Honestly don't bother.

bought to keep a watch on my elderly mother whilst im at work during the night ( yep she did agree to it first ) its easy to set up and has great indoor night vision although the instructions could be a bit clearer.The phone app needed was an easy find both on android and iphone and connecting it through wifi was easy i can now sit happily in north Wales and keep an eye on whats happening in Gloucester 200 miles away. the phone app also controls the camera and allows screenshots which are clear and detailed. i suppose the only reason ive only rated it 4 star is the length of the mains cable which i feel could have been a bit longer but thats a personal view

It is supper useful product, looking for the camera can view from wifi, you can record every thing just in case if some one coming to the hous, you can shout from your phone to scare the people or animals enter the area you watching, also if you have baby, is good to check the safety for them, very good experience to buy and love it so much, highly recommend
