Our puppy absolutely loves his Snuggle Puppy. He rests his head on it and goes off to sleep. It's in our puppy's bed all night and we don't hear a sound from him. It has definitely done what it says! The Snuggle Puppy looks cute, is a decent size, easy to use and seems durable. Great value for money in my opinion!

I 100% credit this purchase with helping my puppy to settle and sleep overnight in his crate alone. I was mocked for buying this and told my dog would chew it ir a waste of money - absolutely not and worth every penny and more! I truly believe that he believes its another dog e.g. his mum. He slept soundly with the heartbeat and warmth, cuddled into it. He's loved his crate ever since and goes to bed with ease. Annoying that the heat pads are expensive, I advise buying an extra pack but then phasing them out. Keep the heartbeat though and replace the batteries. My 3 month old puppy is sooo protective of this dog.....has never chewed it except playfully..... and treats it differently to anything else - it's very weird but amazing!

Not used as intended though, originally bought it to give our new puppy some comfort but he adjusted to our home so well and he didn’t need comforting. However, it IS his the most favourite toy. And we play tug of war with this, you wouldn’t believe how much pulling with his sharp puppy teeth it went through. Our puppy is now 6 months old, and other soft toys are torn to pieces - we bought several from John Lewis - but this one is still intact!!! When we play tug of war, he bites on the toy’s tail, ears, all the usual vulnerable parts yet no single stitch has come off yet. I am so impressed with the quality of this toy.

My puppies Snuggle Puppy is only 3-4 months old and his heart has stopped beating. New batteries have made no difference. My dog is distraught as he takes the toy everywhere with him. I do not seem to be able to find a way to get a replacement heart. It’s such a nightmare and we are all upset

I was at my limit with my new puppy going absolutely crazy as soon as he was left alone. He would bark all night and I was so exhausted. This was recommended to me, and I thought I’d give it a go. OH MY GOD, it works! Every single night I’d put this in his crate with him and he would settle really quickly and only kick off if he needed a wee. I finally managed to sleep during the night and slowly weaned him off the heart beat feature. He now just has this as a teddy and it’s been washed a million times in a high heat, and is still just as strong as when it was brand new! Highly recommended!

J'avais compris que cette peluche était fortement recommandée pour les chiots afin de réduire leur anxiété de séparation. A tester sur le moyen terme. En attendant, la peluche est très douce. Elle est fournie avec le cœur (pile incluse) qui reproduit le battement de cœur et un heat pack initial pour la chaleur. Bonne qualité de la peluche et l'intérieur me paraît sûr mais protéger le chiot une fois pelotonné contre elle. Vraiment charmant!

My puppy used the snuggle puppy from day one with us. She didn’t cry at all. Now after 6 months, this toy is her best friend. We can really notice how much she likes it and feel safe with it. Few weeks ago she destroyed a bit of the tongue and the tail, but otherwise is a very strong and nice toy :) we are very happy

Before adopting my 12 week old puppy, I saw the reviews on this product. I wanted to give it a try since this will be the first time she’s away from her siblings. She’s been separated from her mama for a couple weeks before adopting her due to health issues with the mama. We started crate training from day, one, and the first night I put her in the crate with her stuffed animal puppy. She cried for about a half hour, and went to sleep for the rest of the night. A week has passed since, and she is doing great with the crate. Last time I had a puppy, 15 years ago, it took him about a week before he calmed down in the crate. I set this in the advanced setting so as soon as it is touched, the heartbeat will start. So far so good, the stuffed animal is very durable, and she sleeps right with it. Definitely worth the money I spent on it.
