DYNA-BAND 6ft Green Medium Resistance Band

As stated in the product description, this dynaband is indeed 6 feet long and very durable to strong. I used it while working out with my Cathe Friedrich DVDs and it performs well during the exercise routines. Love it - it is a keeper.

I bought this resistance band to replace the one that came with my new EA Sports Active exercise game which I use with my Wii. The band supplied with Sports Active is way too wimpy and I needed something with more resistance. This one seems about right for me but I would describe it as more than medium resistance - it is a big step up from the red one that came with the Sports Active game.The quality seems good and I have used it for several weeks now with no problems.

I like this band because I sometimes use Cathe Friedrich muscle training DVDs and she uses this same band. It works well as far as targeting muscles, but after awhile the places where you hold it start to get sticky and it eventually breaks. I've gone through three of them in the past three and a half years :( I keep replacing it because I don't know of another one that offers the same resistance that will last longer.

The product arrived six days after I purchased it. I used it today for the first time and it feels smooth (not sticky at all) and is plenty long enough for me (I am 5'7", 115lbs). It fits my husband (6'1", 180lbs) as well. It is not overly resistant at all. The only negative things I've experienced so far is that the band leaves a white powder on anything it touches and smells like latex (not overwhelmingly at all however!) The powder is really the only annoying thing, so hopefully in time it will go away. Overall, I would buy this product again, although maybe the next resistance level up.

This is a sturdy and flexible band. It was medium resistance so it gave me an excellent workout. It is holding up well with occasional use.

I purchased this band in September 2015 and here it is not even a year later and it broke cleanly almost perfectly in half! I use it sporadically at most, maybe 2-4 times a month. It didn't show any signs of wear, it just decided to break mid workout! I wrote to the seller to notify them of my problem and they will not do anything since it is more than 30 days later. Gee thanks! I would think they would realize that it must have been faulty and offer SOMETHING for my trouble.

This is a great band in terms of resistance (used in pilates and toning), but it was NOT 6ft as advertised. It measured 5'1" -- had I known that I would've gone with something else as the extra 11" in length would really make a difference on some of the moves.UPDATE: After returning this item because of it's length, I found a set of bands that really are 6ft+. The  Stott Pilates Flex-Bands Gift Pack (Blue and Green)  includes 2 bands over 6' each, perfect for pilates, arm & leg exercises.

About two weeks ago I mentioned in an Amazon evaluation that Dyna-band was consistently sending me resistance bands 1 to 1.5 inches short of the advertised 72 inches per band. This had been going on for about 6 months as I made an order every 1 1/2 to 2 months. Today, 19 Sep 2012, they rush FEDEXed me two 72" green resistance, free of charge, that were perfectly measured. I had stopped ordering any bands from them so I presume this was their way of saying sorry. What a resplendent gesture. Dyna-Band has my business back. And Thank You Dyna-band and Amazon.
