I’m normally a L or XL (At 5’8”, 200 lbs), but after having a hysterectomy my usual sweat style pants have been hugging my waist in a very uncomfortable way. I tried a different pair of sweats in an XXL, and even with the drawstrings tight they won’t stay on, and are beyond unflattering (despite the fact that I’m obviously not trying to be fashionable in sweats). I should also mention that I’m pretty proportionate, with the exception of my stomach being about 38”, so I have a hard time with such a large size being four times too big in my legs, which means I don’t stay warm. These are absolutely perfect for me in an XXL, and I don’t even need to use the drawstrings! They’re still a little big in the legs, but not so much that I’m cold, and they’re surprising flattering as far as the current popular style. I’m sure I’ll be buying more of these.
