Will this charge two 110ah AGM batteries linked in parallel?

Definitely. I have a Ctek 10 amp that is connected to 3 x 110ah batteries. It was what was recommended by the battery company

This is NOT compatible with LiOn batteries. Use either the CTEK M15 or by all accounts, the Noco Genius 10 is better made and designed at doing the same job.

The leisure battery in my boat consists of a set of four 12V lead acid batteries connected in parallel. Can I use this to charge them?

I have 4x 130amphr batteries connected in parallel and it charges them perfectly well. I use them for powering my freezer and fridge in my catering van. I charge them every day

Is the warranty is 2 years or 5 years?

2years. 1st year with Amazon/UK retailer. 2nd year is directly with CTEK. Probably warranty will be sliding scale on age of unit (money off RRP of new one). Probably 2 year warranty on 10amp model as it handling more current (more wear / tear). The 7 amp and 5 amp models , a 5 year warranty is offered.
