No, this is intended for polycarbonate rc bodies, not skin or clothes.

Will this work on metal? After ordering I noticed it says polycarbonate

Yes It will, be sure to prime the metal with primer before you paint then that will make for a good bond.

Can you spray it on a body already painted

This paint is designed to be sprayed on the inside of a Lexan body to prevent chipping and scratching. I will adhere to the outside as well but is more prone to chipping and scratching.
