This was used as an edge filler and it didn't disappoint. As a matter of fact, I used it throughout my whole head and it kept my hair the color that I wanted it to be. Totally love this product.

this is great for styling… it holds and you do not have that hard spritz/ styling lotion residue… not that hose products are bad… because they aren’t… but this also holds and moisturizes without too much buildup….

Does remove flyaway. But leaves a slight white residue that can be rubbed into hair. Not flakey.

love this, I used this when I was tucking the ends of my hair into my braids, which gave it s seamless finished look.

I bought this because of the reviews but to tell you the truth it doesn’t work. Don’t waist your money. I bought another called edge fixer strawberry smell and that one holds very good and it works. You can buy it here in Amazon site or Walmart is worth it. They have different smells. My favorite is the strawberry one.

This Olive Oil Style & Sculpt Black Wax is highly pigmented so I only needed to use a dab along my sparse edges to make them look fuller. I applied this beeswax infused wax by lightly dabbing it along my edges before using an edge brush to blend it into my hair. I allowed it to completely dry before applying another layer and I must say that it worked great for giving my edges a thicker looking appearance.However, I do suggest using some type of hairspray to seal the wax onto your hair and to prevent it from smudging or rubbing off. Also, start with a small amount and blend with an edge brush using both the comb and bristle side to ensure it’s evenly distributed. Then wipe away any excess that may have accumulated on your skin. This wax is jet black and thick so it works great to cover any grays as well while providing moisture to your hair as it’s made with quality ingredients such as olive, argan & pequi oils and I didn’t experience any flaking or stickiness. This is another great product by ORS that works as described!

I liked this product. It holds nicely and does cover grays temporarily. It also seems like the bottle will last awhile. The reason I rated it down is also the same reason someone might like it. I washes out very easily. I like that it comes out easily without crazy washing or damaging my hair. My only thought is what happens if you get caught out in the rain or swim in the pool? I have not used it when I know I will be in the pool or getting wet but can imagine the black stream of water dripping down your face if that does happen. Maybe someone with more experience can answer this question. Unfortunately, I am new to this type of product.
