I love this tool in my shop!
This is one of my go to items in my shop. I used it to dial in my lathe to 0.001 turning my 1.5x1.5x18 wood to make pool cues. I also use it to test the wood out to see if it is on point. This was a good buy. You put it in the quick release and run it down the length of the wood.
