Nice cover. A few more illustrations inside would help. However, proved a popular present for adventure seeking children. Have to recommend this for 7 to 13 year olds. ( Probably a wider range of ages actually). Good interesting chapters and text.

A compendium of superficial responses to "disasters", but printed on rubbish paper with a couple of cartoons and no illustrations of the various "hacks" suggested. It feels like it was culled from various online sources in a few hours, cobbled together, and then printed for the cheapest price possible. For a book like this to be of any entertainment value, it needs to feel a little more thought through and when you're describing things like knot-tying, you need to splash out on a few drawings. Disappointing.

As the world grows crazier by the day, with natural and man-made crises, this little handbook belongs in everyone’s hip pocket – or purse – or backpack – or glove compartment…Very Highly Recommended!!!!!

My friend likes to camp, so got this as a gift for him. He seems to like it, the book came in perfect shape and ot seemed like a good fun read.

One of the favorites at our gathering was the scenario about how to survive a bear attack, which led to some surprisingly fun discussions. One small downside is that some scenarios are pretty short, so readers looking for deeper explanations might want more detail. That said, it works well for what it’s meant to be—a light, entertaining book that brings people together. This would be a fun gift for teens, young adults, or anyone who enjoys quirky, conversation-starting books.

Grandsons love it. They are reading it. Good stuff for any person to know and percolate through the brain. No strain on on the brain, so there is no pain for the gain or likelihood of going insane in the rain.
