Not the most comfortable in the world
Not the most comfortable in the world, but it does prevent the back aches I was getting driving my Honda Fit, which was clearly not made for a large 6'4" guy. The foam is quite dense, neither good nor bad. But depending upon what you are looking for and how it fits your particular back, it might be a bit irritating. I found putting a small piece of cut-off swim noodle foam under it to raise it up 2" helped with the conform and effectiveness. Until I find something better, I will be happy to use this every day.

Useful
This lumbar support is sturdy and DOES help my lower back while driving but it is very firm and leaves little room for any adjustment. It also interferes with moving the upper part of my bucket seat forward and back. Nevertheless, I'm using it and enjoy less pain while driving.

If you’re looking for something hard as stone to stick against your extreme lower back I suppose this is perfect for you
I don’t understand how other reviews of this product could be honest, so I feel obligated to share mine. This is without question THE most uncomfortable lumbar support I’ve tried yet and I have tried several. It’s too low, too curved (tight for adults and I am thin) and much too firm. It doesn’t flex at all. If you’re looking for something hard as stone to stick against your extreme lower back I suppose this is perfect for you. It creates a void above it, so the remaining 3/4 of your back has no support at all. It’s terribly uncomfortable regardless of seat position. I couldn’t imagine what would happen to my back if I were rear-ended with this installed. I tried this in a Tacoma, 4Runner, Fiesta and Lexus GX with the same results. One star because I think this potentially causes more damage and no benefit.

I really wanted to like this product, but it did not work for Me. Too hard for My back the product is made decent just too stiff from Me.

I’m not a reviewer guy, but after using a week, I have to say it is really useful! It helps to relief my back, especially when I drive a long trip. The product is simple but useful! Highly recommend!b
