They're good, but I am always in a hurry and never reach out to them, but definitely if you have time. They're a good help for your makeup routine.

I have difficulty holding these in the correct position with one hand while I apply mascara with the other. It’s actually easier to use a cotton swab to remove excess mascara after it’s applied rather than try to maneuver these things while looking in the mirror.

It’s just bad. I had hoped to help reduce getting mascara on my eyelids and hope this tool would help. It does not because it does not fit the contour of my eye and it’s also too thick.

Not as easy to use as shown. You have to be a contortionist / acrobat to use these tools. Also, I didn’t find that the shapes available, worked well with my eye shape. I just don’t have time for juggling these tools every time I want to apply my eyeliner or mascara. So these did not work for me.

I guess I need more practice with these, other wise, the other comments summarize my issue with this product.

I saw this item on TikTok watch the girl use it, but no way this could be this easy. But I now have one and I love it. I would recommend it to anybody for wanting that perfect straight lines. It’s better than a scotch tape.🤣
