Q: I am having 20in pizzas at my wedding... Can I use this stand for pizzas that size?

Should work but would be tight I used it for 10-12 & it worked well

Q: Do you think I could use this to put meat platters from the deli on?

I think so, probably, the top one, but I would be careful that it does not slide off. There are no rubber stoppers on it to keep things from sliding off

Q: What size pan does this hold? Are they both the same size?

I gave it away as a gift but I'm pretty sure they were both the same size. I know they fit my 14" pizza pans. It was a well made item, I hated to give it up.
