77091 Mini Dent Puller

I bought this + one other brand to successfully help tease some dings out of 2 car panels - one a creased rear plastic area and the other a slightly "dinged" aluminium door panel. This is a well made unit made of a strong plastic, metal, and a thick rubber suction pad. The puller hooks (for your fingers) usefully swivel to clear any other object (e.g. another suction pad) that's next to it. Used correctly, the suction clamping is extremely strong and a good load can be exerted over a period of time on the panel to "persuade" the molecules in the dent to "remember" their previous position. This can be achieved both by leaving the pad on the panel over a period of time with a vacuum applied between the two and by pulling on the hooks.TIP 1: These devices tend not to stick if applied cold to a cold panel. So, heat the rubber pad by dipping it in some hot water to encourage pliability AND heat the car panel by carefully using a hair dryer or, preferably, by carefully pouring hot water on the affected area. The heat and water will encourage the puller to seal against panel and will encourage the panel to bend under the vacuum and load.TIP 2: This won't stick to a panel with a sharp curvature: the puller isn't big enough and the rubber won't bend enough to create a good vacuum seal.TIP 3: Be patient! Several sessions with these over a period of time have the best coaxing effect, preferably on a warm day.British made and great value for money.

Not quite as powerful as I expected and useful for small dents on flat surfaces.

I followed all instructions. Heated up the smallish dent ( caused by golf ball ) used the dent puller about 20 times on the same area with no results. I would imagine it's more difficult pulling a small dent than a big dent.

It worked for me on a refrigerator door.

It's good, not great. It grabs mostly on flat surfaces and doesn't have a big suction force, although pretty strong for its size

Didn’t to a great job.Maybe it was my fault and I should’ve looked for a bigger one but from pictures you can’t really tell if its big enough.The dent is still visible but at least I manage to get rid of that annoying noise when I was opening the car door.

Somewhat disappointing as the pull is not as strong as I expected.

Very nice little tool. I use it to glaze pieces of pottery.

I got suckered into the cheaper alternative to this and it failed to hold suction, I think because of inferior rubber on the cup itself. This one works great. Worth the extra money.

Es resistente y agarra bien. Me ha servido para reducir una pequeña abolladura en por lo menos un 70 por cien.

Overprice cheap ,if it works for you your lucky ,heated it, on warm day heated panel still won't grip

Das Teil hält nicht, man zieht es sofort wieder ab. Ich hab die Beule anschließend von innen mit der Hand rausgedrückt. Kann das Teil nicht empfehlen.
