East of India Rusty Bucket Advent Calendar

Really pleased with these. I wanted something adult for advert. I have a nativity and so chocolate and tinsel is not really what Christmas is about to me. These little buckets fitted the bill very nicely. as being a bit different and not at all cheap and tacky. as a decoration to put up for Christmas. Not yet decided what I shall put in them (perhaps I won't put anything) but they are very rusty and authentic in their looks as well as really sweet, well made and good quality. The sort of item that packed carefully you'll be using in 20 years. I am sure that chocolate would fit inside I'd guess you'd get maybe a couple of quality street in each bucket as each bucket is about 3 inches high, but for me and perhaps other adults affirmations for the day. or some other important message fits the bill. The uses are endless and it doesn't scream Christmas so for anyone with a child born on the 25th of any month they would make a lovely birthday countdown as well. In fact as they are strung in 12's anyone with a birthday up to the 12th could also use them. Yes I'm very happy with these and they came beautifully packaged. Sincere thanks.

Not great on opening for Christmas it's missing the 24th and has two 22nd pegs very disappointed

I bought these to fill with my own surprises, they are a bit smaller than I thought, but the dimensions are there. They will be used year after year!

Pretty product, very rustic looking. However buckets much smaller than I had imagined. There's not much you would be able to fit in them other than small chocolates.

I bought these to surprise my partner last Christmas, instead of the usual shop bought chocolate calendar. He loved it. It was very cute and ever person who entered my flat noticed them and commented on how nice they were. I bought different gifts for each day and I must admit only a few fit in the buckets, they are pretty small; I had to write notes with hints on what the present would be: which made it all more exciting. I mentioned just getting a shop-bought chocolate advent calendar for next year, and he was shocked cause he liked this so much: it was the highlight of his Christmas and it got him in the Christmas mood from day 1.

This great twist on the more traditional advent calendar has created much jealousy from friends and family this Christmas! This calendar is a stylish way of celebrating advent and will be used in our house for many years to come. It comes in a sturdy box which can be used to store the buckets and labels safely until needed again next Christmas.I have three children and the buckets were more than big enough for a treat for each of them every day.

Fab, my sister had some last Christmas , and liked them enough to buy some.

Beautiful and such fantastic value at £7.50. Seen them in the shops for over twenty quid! Really really happy with them.
