Titanium Military Canteen Camping Kettle Outdoor Portable Water Bottle With Cup

This is the best water bottle ever. It’s light weight but strong and the delivery service came early which was great because I could bring it on my camping trip and harshly cut down my weight.

It's a great lightweight canteen but lets face it bloody expensive for what it is. I couldn't resist. The item was well packaged and delivered 10 days before the earliest predicted date. Package tracking worked via Amazon too. The item arrived with a digital camo canteen carrier, a nice touch but it doesn't look too robust. The item itself is as described lightweight but very solid. There are a few edges on the seams, rolled edges and lid but nothing where you could actually cut yourself.

Expensive, but I will always be a titanium fan for its light weight, ability to be heated over a stove and the lack of taint it adds to water. The bottle fits snug into the mug but not too tight. I removed one star because of the pouch that comes with it...everything fits too tight and it's pretty useless imo. Oh, and the price of course.

It was a bit of a tussle deciding between a stainless steel version or going the extra mile with this Keith product. It arrived in good condition and they had included a quality gift. The gift, a titanium piece of cutlery, came in its own fabric bag as well which was a nice touch. Will update this product review after using it for a while.The included camo bag was also far better than expected. Not sure if this Keith canteen set is the same as the Heavy Cover canteen set ? The company Goodworldtrade did a good job packing and shipping it as well. On first contact with this canteen am re-assured it was a good decision over the stainless steel version, however cannot in fairness make the comparison as do not have a similar style stainless steel canteen. Before ordering this Keith Canteen had already decided to get The "MOTHER" Canteen Carrier by Center Line Systems. The canteen carrier has not arrived yet so cannot comment on it. However the contact with Center Line Systems was very good and responsive. Center Line Systems seem to be an experienced professional first class outfit and am sure their products will be high quality, useable and very rugged. Am happy to be positive about this Keith canteen set, hopefully its a one off buy and will last the course.

I've had this canteen for half a year now and I have used it a lot so here are my thoughts. First of all the price, lets get this out the way because its extremely high, most of the time i would say "you get what you pay for" but i think in this case, it does fall slightly short of the mark. although only just. I would of expected for the price, a nice leather carry pouch with metal hardware, but no its cheap polyester straps with plastic hardware. (a part of my canteen pouch broke but we will get to that soon) i would expect a slightly thicker stronger gauge of titanium that is more durable than the cheap Chinese ones that litter the marketplace. but no, its the same thin metalwork that you see with MUCH cheaper products. The Canteen 1.1L bottle is nice, it holds water and doesn't leak (if it does you have a defective product and you should seek a replacement) you can use the canteen itself to boil water in, and you can use it directly on a fire or heat source without worry. It does have some major downsides though, like the design of metalwork is 2 pieces so there is a noticeable crimp where they join and a cavity on the interior of the bottle which does gather bacteria and such. although the solution is easy as if you boil water in it, this will purify the canteen. you would expect for the price, the design to be a little smarter and maybe be made from only a single piece of titanium? (im not sure if this is even possible with current manufacturing techniques) The 700ml Cup aspect is pure titanium also, nestles nicely onto the bottom of the canteen, it also has a lid which is always good to have for keeping detritus from the fire and forest out of your cup, also vastly improves boil times and stewing efficiency. I mean its a cup and lid. this is not special to this canteen set. but the same logic applies to the cup as the canteen itself. you can use it straight on the fire. and is big enough for a meal for 1 person, or a boil in the bag meal easily fits if that's your way. The pouch in my experience is the biggest let down with this product, it could have been so much more. but what a missed opportunity, it is made from cheap polyester and the straps are cheap, the hardware the pouch is plastic, it does have a carry strap with a nice long length for shoulder carrying, but again it could of been a nice leather strap, with a canvas pouch and metal hardware. something to be really proud of but yet its just cheap. also it broke in a fundamental way from simple operation, it has a molle webbing attachment system on the back of the pouch, for going on your belt or your molle straps on your rucksack, which is an excellent though, but the cheapness of the pouch shows here as it has pop button fixtures and just from simple operation i was able to break the pouch as one of the pop buttons came out completely, very disappointing. i think if you plan to use this canteen as your main water bottle set, you may want to invest in a nicer pouch for it. they do exist and can be found. and i think if you remove greed they could of easily included such an item within the price paid for this product. it really is just a canteen and cup set made from pure titanium, for some people this will be just what they have been looking for, while others will not be able to justify the price when something else will do just fine. do i think its worth the price? probably not no. would i buy it again? reluctantly yes, as its quite unique and there is not much else like this on the market. and it is what i need. (although if you don't rough handle it and take care of it. could probably easily outlive its owner) it is a 5 star product. but the way its currently sold and presented is not quite there yet and is only worth 3 stars max in my opinion.

Superbe, hyper légère, je ne suis pas fan de la housse que je viens de remplacer par une housse en cordura 1000 deniers noire qui fait de cette objet un must have pour tous les randonneurs, campeurs et pratiquants de bushcraft, le rapport qualité prix est excellent, cette gourde devrait me survivre car même le joint d'étanchéité est un joint standard ( en silicone haut de gamme) très simple à trouver et à remplacer.

beste feldflasche! die verarbeitung ist absolut top! keine kratzer, keine dellen. das gewinde extra poliert, damit es weniger kratzt. das tut es natürlich schon bissl, stört mich aber hier bei weitem nicht so. (im gegensatz zu meiner anderen titanflasche) für wanderungen, bushcraft absolut zu empfehlen. aber auch im büro ein statussymbol ... sehr positiv ist der kundendienst zu erwähnen! äußerst netter kontakt! mir wurde versehentlich die grüne tasche mitgeschickt. jetzt wird mir zusätzlich die tarnfarbene zugesendet und die grüne darf ich behalten.

Prodotto conforme alle aspettative, leggerissimo (come se fosse di plastica) ed ultra resistente. Anche la tracolla è di buona qualità ed ha la possibilità di agganciarsi alla cintura o allo zaino, la gavetta ha il coperchio che è inserito in una tasca apposita all'interno del porta borraccia. È possibile cucinare una porzione di riso o delle verdure o fare il tè per due o tre persone. È possibile utilizzare la borraccia direttamente sul fuoco per sterilizzare l'acqua con la sola accortezze di togliere il tappo. Il prezzo giustifica la qualità e la versatilità del prodotto. Ci sono stati problemi sulla consegna ma il venditore ed il servizio Amazon hanno risolto con cortesia.
