I've always loved my Puriton shakes, been using them as meal replacements for about three years and they are always damn tasty. I add sugar free salted caramel monin syrup to my Macadamia and Vanilla one and sugar free sugar syrup to my Pistacio one and they always taste amazing. I work with food scientists and overall they are quite impressed with the ingredients compared to other meal replacement shakes. The protein is lower than other shakes, but you need less protein than we are led to believe anyway. I used to be on crutches so used these instead of cooking twice a day. Much easier for me and helps regulate against the side effects of pain tablets. I'm not on crutches anymore so use these for a cheap, nutritious lunch option at home and at work.

I've used this product for a while now and I really like it. I've tried a couple of other protein products but found they didn't tast nice. I normally have vanilla or coconut flavoured ones but the pistachio is nice. I blend it with almond milk and a banana or berries and only use 2-3 scopes depending on the amount of fruit I might add, or if I use it as a pre or post work out meal.

This is an ok addition to your smoothie. Probably not needed but has some good stuff in it. good for Keto. having it on it’s own isn’t nice a bit bland. so you’ll still need to add your own ingredients as the packaging says. It’s not pistachio flavoured just has pistachios in it

The flavour of this product is good - I think as Pistachio is not a sweet flavour it is more as you would expect . I mix mine with unsweetened almond milk which has zero carbs. I use these as meal replacements to reduce my craving for sugar and they definitely help with that . I have been put off the coffee flavour by reviews but I also have chocolate which I mix with 50% black coffee and almond milk that works well

Tastes horrible. Gave me extreme diarrhoea. No hint of pistachio

Really delicious, especially with some fruit and veg thrown in. I have tried with both coconut and almond milk and both are good. Fills you up lunchtime if eaten for breakfast but recommend drinking as soon as it's blended - thickens up quite lot if pre-prepared and left

Good product with not many carbs, tastes great combined with linwoods apple & cinnamon & a banana.

It was the first protein I used so I wanted something natural and it was exactly what I needed! Don't expect a blast of pistachio taste coz you won't get it! It is nice and filling and when added to porridge (add it after you've prepared your porridge, don't boil the protein) or a smoothie it does prolong the time of feeling full and satisfied! I liked it although I would say that for the price, it's too small a bag (I've done more research now and found good protein powders with the same price as this but double the size!) I would love to try different flavours of it though!
