Go easy with it
I am using as a thickener, and it is good. Does not leave a floury taste but you need to be careful as it thickens more and faster than a typical plan flour or cornstarch. I should have bought a smaller bag.Works well in curries, soups, a little added to bread is interesting.

Bought 2 bags of potato starch as I use a lot .great sell buy date and perfect for what I needed it for !coating my homemade chips ,velveting my chicken etc .will buy again when needed .highly recommend this item
