My tiger fern is so happy in this pot, and of all the plants I have, this one is the least maintenance, because of this pot. This was just a really small fern when I bought and planted it, and it’s growing so fast. I just came back from a 2 week vacation, and even though the water has run out and eyes are down, soil is still moist, so I could even get away with not watering for a little longer. Considering that ferns are generally slow growers, yet mine is growing so fast in this pot, shows that this pot is very well designed. I paid a lot more money for another self-watering pot that’s not even functioning as it should. I hope that this brand will come up with more designs because I’d like to get more (although I love this quirky owl). I got this for my mom for Mothers Day too and she loves it also (2nd photo). My fern makes it look like feathers, and my moms plants looks like the owl is wearing a tall hat. This makes a fun gift for any gardener, especially if they travel.

Really like these pots. The eye platform needs adjusting at times but the accurately measure the water.

Gifted this to my girlfriend and she has managed to *not* kill the most recent pothos cutting.She was using another self-watering planter with a little pipe type water level indicator. The poor pothots plant died from dehydration because she forgot to check the water level. For three months.This planter "looks sad" when low on water and with the huge eyes on the side of the planter, she doesn't have to make an effort to check a tiny water level indicator. Happy to say the pothos is thriving.

Bought as a gift, so I can't speak for myself, but the recipient loved it! It's super cute and helpful for watering.

This pot was very huge and way to large for an African Violet plant.

Nice but looks a little cheep. It feels like I planted in a bucket from the backyard garden. Will not purchase again.
