Everything is ok

I purchased the Apple IPhone Mini (Renewed) from Amazon supplier BossDeal end of September 2024. In December 2024 I noticed the screen had badly warped and at the same time the battery started dropping from 80% to 5% without any use of the phone. I informed Amazon of the problems and assumed they would be covered under the Amazon Renewed guarantee. How wrong was my assumption, after 2 weeks of both Amazon customer services and myself contacting the seller BossDeal to arrange a replacement or a refund they refused to do anything saying it was a fault with the battery which is not covered. Beware of any phones on Amazon stating Renewed as it means nothing.

Phone is ideal. I hated the huge ones. Same performance. Down side battery still doesn't last all day.

Ce téléphone est le pire achat que j'aie jamais fait sur Amazon ! Comment peut-on vendre un produit défectueux ? Le téléphone a été entièrement réparé, et même la protection d'écran était de mauvaise qualité ; impossible d'en poser une ! Je suis sidéré par des vendeurs comme celui-ci ! Ils n'ont toujours pas répondu à ma demande de retour après un mois, ni même donné la moindre nouvelle ! C'est une honte pour tous ceux qui vendent de cette façon ! C'est la dernière fois que je commande sur Amazon !

Amazon se ha desentendido por completo. Compré un iPhone 13 mini en noviembre de 2024, soy mayor y no muy experta y sin ser consciente resulta que a través de Amazon hice la compra a una empresa externa llamada RECICLED pensando que era "Amazon reacondicionado" en fin llevo desde el verano intentando recuperar mi móvil (lo envié pagando los portes porque la batería dejó de cargar estando en garantía) y no solamente no lo han reparado.... se lo han quedado, a cambio me han abonado en mi cuenta 106€ he hablado con Amazon y me dan la corriente y me dicen en 48h me responderán y nunca lo hacen tengo más de 20 correos en los que me contestan muy amablemente pero a día de hoy no lo han solucionado. Estoy suscrita a Prime y soy clienta desde hace años, estoy completamente decepcionada.

Le téléphone et bien mais il surchauffe vite reçu avec 100% de capacité de batterie sinon on verra si il tien bien.
