I’m not getting muscle cramps or stiffness with this supplement. I take it at night and I sleep much better.

This product use to include magnesium threonate. It does not list it anymore. If you look at the photos it’s been removed. I was about to re order and I just noticed the difference. I’ve been using this product for over a year. It also doesn’t say it’s manufactured in the USA! So this is most likely coming from China. Please be careful. I feel horrible for recommending it to many people.
