Excellent
My wife wanted one of the more commercial kitchen style faucets, but I wanted the touches functionally. This item is very high quality and looks like everything my wife the. It was installed within 5 minutes and is super easy to use. A year later and the water pressure is yet and worth every penny. The only issue we have is it no longer reverts back to a steam from spray after being turned off. I think it's the hard water though and not an issue with the faucet. I also wish it came with a plug instead of a battery pack

It looks nice, works great, love it
It’s really nice I like it a lot, he only thing I didn’t like is where the faucet head attaches it’s metal and not good. But it has good water pressure nice and strong and looks really nice.

Best Kitchen faucet
This faucet is amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high quality, touch free and looks beautiful in any kitchen. I have the gold and black in my kitchen. I love it so much I bought my son and his wife the nickle and black. They love it. I also recommended it to a friend and she bought the all black. I mean it is by far the best faucet. I highly recommend it to anyone. You will love it.

Support not Supportive
At first the automation faucet worked normal! The after a month the faucet pressure dropped. I have a home filtration system and have under cabinet filters as well. So I was sure scaling would not have been the issue. After look at all components narrow it down to the control box being the culprit. I emailed support and the quickly responded wanting to see video. I sent video and explained that control box was the issue. I bypassed the control box and faucet works fine as a manual faucet. But support wanted more evidence and video. They think I like going under the sink turning water on and off and document like I am getting paid by them. The problem has and is the control box period, just apologize and send a replacement part and be done. Nope not for Tina in support she wants a full report and diagnostic analysis on the faucet. Plus faucet is small like for a bar sink not kitchen sink.

Great faucet for the price BUT...
I am giving it stars because my kit came with the wrong hardware.....I opted for the touchless version. Install was super easy, directions weren't great, but not bad, just small so it was a lil hard to read....my only issue is that mine came with the incorrect hardware on the control unit....you have an input and an output connection, there is a short tube with a female end that goes on the input that has a male end...and it is the opposite on the input side. You have to connect the return line which has a male end on it, to the output side that is supposed to have a female end on it....mine had a male end on it. And if you don't know, all US plumbing is standard..this kit is all metric....you cannot find a fitting anywhere. I contacted the seller, provided pics and they apologized and owned up to the mistake and assured me that they will send out the part i need. I am still able to use the faucet, just not the touchless feature. Other than that, it is a great faucet for the price....strong flow, there is enough hose to pull out for more length which was deal breaker for me if it didn't. There are people that said there is no pull out.... i believe they did not set it up correctly with the weight.....THERE IS ENOUGH HOSE THAT YOU CAN PULL OUT AND RETRACT IF NEEDED If and when i get the part i need to use this faucet for the way it was intended, I will change my rating. *UPDATE* I received the correct connecting hardware in less than a week...installed the control unit, everything works great....Customer service was very helpful...a lil slow, but took care of it. FOUR STARS

A Touch of Class
This faucet has been a serious game changer. We are over the moon happy with our new Gimli Touchless faucet in our kitchen. We hadn't realized how convenient it was to not have to manually turn on/off the water. Not only do you not have to set down what's in your hands, but you also save the hassle of having to do the hand gymnastics to operate the faucet in a way that prevents whatever's on your hands from getting on the faucet, saving the work to clean it. Besides the touchless operation we also like: * the pull down sprayer is super helpful when cleaning the sink or rinsing dishes off. We came from a faucet with a removable spigot which offered similar functionality, but it was cumbersome and its resting place was that of a traditional faucet and was harder to return to its spot. The hose is long enough to reach the furthest corners of the 33" Ruvati workstation sink we have so there's plenty of length. * you can move the faucet completely out of the way as it will swivel as far to the right/left as you wish * the matte black finish is immaculate and appears very durable. Time will tell, but at this point it looks like it will look this nice for a long time. All parts * Gimli also sells a filtered water spigot and a soap dispenser in the same finish so everything matches * the touchless feature can run off of batteries (4 AA) or via A/C adapter. * installation was straightforward. The hardest part of the installation was making sure that with all that was installed (faucet, filtered water spigot, soap dispenser, garbage disposal on/off button, water hoses, battery pack for faucet) that the pull down feature worked correctly and the weight wasn't obstructed. Things to consider when purchasing: * The selector for hot/cold water will rotate away from the sink for cold water. Once our backsplash is installed it is likely that the full range of the cold water will be shorter. I popped off the rubber plug and unscrewed the set screw hoping to adjust the orientation of what "all the way cold" was such that we had the full range. However, the set screw affixes the selector to a square "cog" which requires a 90 degree adjustment rather than just a few degrees. My suggestion to Gimli would be to redesign this piece from being a square to more of a cog with teeth to allow a finer adjustment in this area. This is a minor concern and if it bothers me too much I'll make the 90 degree adjustment and deal with the fact that it will protrude into the sink when turned all the way hot. * the faucet appears to require power either from battery or A/C which if we move to the A/C adapter might pose a problem during a power outage. The power sources are swappable though so in a pinch we can switch them out. Even with the very minor thing of the hot/cold selector, we are completely happy with our purchase. The faucet is one of the things that sets off our kitchen. It's such a pleasure using the sink now.
