Unreliable
Works great while on my home network but on 4g the (Android) app gives me errors, such as weak signal, even though I have full scale signal. Or I get "device is offline". I keep trying and after maybe 6 to 10 attempts, it finally connects. As long as I leave the app open it works perfectly. It is when initializing the app that the errors happen. Sometimes it connects first time using 4g.I want to use this to periodically turn on a heater while I am away from home. What happens if I am unable to turn it off again? It could be running for up to 2 months! I think I need to buy a more reliable device.

Great buy if you're looking for 5 GHZ
The sockets work really well for me and they arrived early.iwas so pleased that they worked on 5GHz even though when I opened the product and read the instructions it said it would not work with the 5GHz it had to be 2.4GHz but I do have a 4G android phone and the devices work well apart it does not work with Alexa (Echo dot 2) but I can turn it off and on by my phone which is okay, would of been 5 star's but it does not work with Alexa.

Plug arrived on time and was well packaged. I had it up and running within 10 minutes flowing the simple instructions. Up to now it has worked perfectly on two I Pads and one Sony android experia mobile phone. Just bought my fourth plug. Can not fault it at all.Excellent product.Peter Simpson

scheduler doesnt work
great idea but the scheduling doesnt work. very happy with the email support, just a shame the product doesnt function properly

Does not connect to network!
Ordered two of these however had to return them as they wouldn't work and didn't pick up my network however I tried to set it up. Wasted over three hours trying to get them to work and then gave up.
