Nice
The media could not be loaded. I just got this today. It's got a very nice weight to the base and it's very pretty. I'm burning it with just plain old 70% rubbing alcohol, which is nice because I can get it for really cheap at the dollar store and it's creating a nice little flame. Seems to be clean burning with no smell or black smoke or black soot on the glass. It's perfect for my porch. I have it burning and there's a little bit of a breeze blowing but the glass piece Is keeping it burning nicely. This is exactly what I was looking for and and it creates a very nice ambience.

Beautiful
I bought this for my stepdad for Christmas. He and my mom love to burn candles, and I thought this would be a nice alternative. They are loving it. They have burnt it each day since getting it. The fact that inexpensive rubbing alcohol can fuel it is a big bonus.

This is cool
This turned out to look so neat in person. I really like it. It's not a big flame but just the look of it is so cool!

Great for what it is
I bought this one due to the smaller size and, glass protection from most of flame, and wide base to height ratio so it's more unlikely to be flipped over. Some complain about the gold ring coming off but mine is very secure. I actually wanted to see what it looks like without it, but I feel like it will break something if I pull one it any harder. They must have improved the glue.So it's a good indoor table fire and I highly recommend ethanol vs alcohol to reduce soot. I only withhold a star because I believe they all, not just this brand, present inherent danger to your home. A lot could go wrong and they are many times more dangerous than a candle. Use anything like this with extreme caution and never refill fluid with an open flame - seems pretty obvious but people do it apparently.

This is not your regular fire pit!
First off, this pit is kind of pretty at first. They say that it’s a Christmas thing but it has three buck deer at different distances and Christmas tree shaped trees in a grass field. That’s not necessarily Christmas. This pit’s base (about 2 7/8” tall, 5 13/16” across the top, 6 5/8” across the bottom) is not concrete, it’s a metal base. Most of the base is one piece pressed into shape with a 1 3/16” ring tacked onto the bottom’s outer edge then painted matt black and it is hollow. There isn’t anything on the bottom to protect your furniture from scratching or heat. No matter what is on the bottom of fire pits, I always set them on a cork coaster to protect my furniture even if they have something. Their fire chamber is small, it’s 2” tall with a 5/8” rim, and 2 1/16” wide at the bottom (no rim) and it has a small piece of wick material inside. The tempered glass “wind guard” is about 6 5/8” tall, 3 15/16” across OD, about 1/16” thick. It has a scenery painted in black on the outside of the glass. They include a small bag of “fire glass” stones that’s about 3/4” half ball, blue glass (like it was a ball of glass cut in half with one side flat and the other is rounded) that you spread around the tempered glass “wind guard”. The entire fire pit assembled is about 8 5/8” tall. It also comes with a flame snuffer that’s 3 9/16” across (covers most of the area inside the wind guard) and has a 6 3/16” long handle. They also give you some what of a user/safety guide. There may be a couple of concerns. One is that you are only supposed to fill with fuel 1” below top. That will leave you with 1” of fuel total for a burn (I’ve seen this before). Another thing is that to fuel this pit, the easiest way (for me) is to take out all the stones, take the wind guard off, add fuel, light the pit, install the wind guard, install the stones. Otherwise take the stones out, take off the wind guard, add fuel, replace the wind guard, replace the stones, then reach in with a long match, lighter, etc. and hope you can light it straight down. You can figure that out. They state to use ethanol in some places and alcohol in others. Most fire pits can use a few different fuels and that’s all I’m saying about that.I’m not saying anything negative about this fire pit, I’m just trying to give you information. This is a little different, a little hassle, but I’m still giving it5 stars all the way!

Not safe at all!
These are the worst things ever, I am returning for a complete refund. They burnt and cracked and almost cause a fire when using them one time!
