Received it today a day early always a plus. I have already used it and here are my results. I dye my hair a lot. I have wanted to go blue for a while now. And Because of the fact I used black dye in my hair before the start of lock down I wanted to removed as much of it as possible before I start bleaching my hair to get the desired shade of blue since I have naturally dark hair. ... I need to point out that this is not my natural shade by any means. The darker photo the before photo is about the shade my hair is normally. So it did kinda lighten my natural shade. Those that might be worried I would do a patch test to make sure. Now with that in mind it still gets 5 stars because I am really happy my hair is lighter. My end goal is to get as close to white hair as I can. It is as fiddly as all hair applications mix and apply there is some dripping but I used a comb to start it in with it spreads fairly well. I have thick hair but it is undercut. so I only needed one box if you have long thick hair I would suggest two boxes. I used an entire application on my hair. So I would say two boxes or more if you have long hair. The smell. I know I gave it three stars I do know as well that all of these products stink. It does have a pungent odor of rotten eggs that someone tried to cover with febreeze. It isn't unbearable but do make sure you have a window open for fresh air. It can be quite overpowering. And my over all opinion. I will use this again if needed in the future. It worked very good. I followed the instructions didn't have the Herb Time shampoo and conditioner but I used a pantene clarifying shampoo for the washing out part. I am very happy.

After multiple uses the colour hasn’t lifted at all. The smell is revolting and very strong. Hair texture now feels like straw. Avoid at all costs.

This removed a lot of colour build up. I was near black and bought me up to a red/brown. Key tips: The process is long! Read the instructions many times. One bottle did 4 repeats on my hair. It smells bloody awful but smell doesn’t stay on your hair. My hair now feels like straw lol I was realistic in my expectations since my hair had a lot of colour build up, so all in all it did an ok job.

Had very odd onion smell , no instruction leaflet , was on inside of box and very difficult to understand, it removed majority of dark redish brown , and left with delicate pale auburn , it looks nice

I bought this product after a dark blonde had really grabbed my hair and had turned it very orange. Read the instructions carefully, but it’s not complicated. It worked well and removed the strong orange colour. I have long hair so I bought two sets. There is plenty in one set to treat long hair. I didn’t treat it again as I wanted to try and keep what was left of the condition of my poor hair!!

Don't waste your money on ghis item. Doesn't take out colour dye, just changes the colour, I went from purple to torquoise. It absolutely stinks also. Ammonia? Cat pee . I have washed my hair twice since and can still smell it...vile. So... "do you feel lucky punk?" Or just plain foolish...like I was.

Instructions aren’t that good but the results are. Removed dye without any damage to hair & without the rinsing you need to do with other dye removers. Will be using this product in future. Very good for removing dye build up on hair and can re-dye the same day.

Es hat gehalten was es versprochen hat. Auch die Anwendung war gut beschrieben und in deutsch. Das manche den Geruch bemängeln kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es stinkt absolut nicht. Hatte, wegen diesen Bewertungen, grosse Bedenken, doch kann ich es nun nach Gebrauch absolut empfehlen.

Io l'ho usato 3 volte, è un buon prodotto e toglie il colore ma non è che ti fa ritornare al tuo colore. Io avevo i capelli per metà neri e metà rossi,il nero è diventato cioccolato mogano e il rosso e diventato biondo(tengo a specificare che prima di fare il rosso non ho fatto la decolorazione). I capelli naturali non cambiano colore

El producto rebaja el color pero no lo q yo esperaba si cabe destacar q no me sano el pelo si un poco reseco pero después aplique una mascarilla

This stuff is amazing. You need to read the instructions, then read the instructions again, then read again during each part of the process to reinforce. This will save you any tears. I did not have the shampoos they suggest, I just used a cleansing shampoo that I had. Also, make sure you set aside the amount of time you need. I have years of dyed shoulder length hair and was able to do 2 treatments. I have naturally very dry hair and this caused zero damage, even doing the 2 treatments back-to-back. In recent years, I have bleached my hair and lived with pink, lavender, mauve and magenta shades... non-stop. My hair, naturally was dark brown with heavy red and gold undertones... and now with with a ton of grey, silver and white. I set my expectations realistically... this was going to strip my hair back to that 'orange' colour. My expectations were met and I was more than fine with that. Some of these reviews, people are being unrealistic and blaming the product. It's not them, it's you. After doing the strand test with bottle 3, you MUST do this, it literally take 2-3minutes I made the decision to do the process again (you can do this as many times as you want, as long as you have the product). My expectation was that it would clean up the orange a bit but it would still be orange. My expectations were met. You can re-dye it after 40 minutes. I chose to wait a day. Definitely purchasing again. I am prepping myself for diving into greys, silvers and white hair. You reach a point where dying your hair to keep up with age loses its shine.
