Works wellAbsolutely stinks and your hair will stink like fish for like a week after as well.But removed the colour from my hair!

I have used colour b4 in the past but thought I’d try this. I thought with the price and great reviews it would work! My hair was highlighted blond and I dyed it dark brown. Don’t like it so tried this and at best it may have lifted it one shade lighter!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! And 20 quid down! Back to colour b4!

What can I say other than it worked amazing!!I decided I wanted to go back to my strawberry blond/honey caramel color I had about 10 years ago. I used to mix 3 colors to get that color myself hence I did go to beauty school awhile back. However I am American living in the uk and used to use clairol soyplex and mix 3 colors for a stunning color.They don’t sell that brand here so I had chat gpt convert my 3 amazing colors and what a disaster. My strawberry hair went from that to an ugly mahogany violet not that there’s anything wrong with that but that’s not what I was going for. Yay for color oops.I will say I worked it into my hair quite fast. I do have a good amount of gray on my roots so I believe that’s why it lifted so much plus I did use a hairdryer to warm it up a bit bc my house is so cold. I also wrapped my hair in plastic wrap and then a towel over that. I believe I read don’t do that and maybe this is the reason why. Nonetheless I am happy with the color and only wanting to change the roots to make them richer looking. I also did rinse my hair for a good 15 min after washing it, I also washed again 4 more times and then issued a protein conditioner and left on for 25 min and then blew dry my hair and it came beautifully. I uploaded pics not in order sorry but I think you can tell which is which. Also not a terrible smell and well worth the money. Jobaz sounded scary and smelly. This was amazing.

It took me an hour to apply to my full head (my hair is down too my waist and a bit thick) my hair was pretty much black and i have previously dyed my hair red (2-3 years ago) so i was expecting my hair to be a bit red/ orange! After application i used the plastic hat in the box and kept my hair warm for about 30 mins (i know it says 20) and popped a towel on aswell too keep the heat in. I am very impressed with results, just make sure to use a lot of conditioner!! Also i had to use 2 boxes for my whole head☺️ This is the best colour remover i have ever used!🥰

I bought this as it was recommended by Women's Health and I didn't want to have to bleach my hair.It's never a great start when half of the instruction leaflet is used to list reasons why it may or may not work. I should have assumed the latter and not bothered.The product, which smells like standing drain water, has removed the colour from my roots but done very little with the lengths. So now I've had to put an overnight order in for the bleach I was trying to avoid and I've stank out my bathroom for nothing.

I made a big mistake with a graphite hair dye. Ordered Oops, which arrived the next day and immediately used it. Followed instructions to the letter and the result was brilliant. Smell wasn't too bad but if I ever make a mistake again I will definitely use this. No need to even re dye my hair as it took out the graphite and left my hair looking exactly as it was before and in great condition too.

Don’t buy this, didn’t do anything at all and made my hair feeling awful straw liken

It's £20 , so I went for the oops at £20 as I made a mistake and dyed my hair brown, it took so well,it went Jet black,looked awful.the oops did work to some degree, left on for 25 mins,then followed instructions to the letter,it's a long process.it did not remove all the black dye, but it did tone it down to a mid brown.
