1 gal Modern Masters MCS902 Clear MasterClear Supreme Protective Clear Coat, Satin

First off, please do not use this on any antique furniture or woodwork, that is what a proper Shellac finish is for. Putting polyurethane on an antique is the fastest way to ruin its value!That being said, I used this as a top coat on the picture rail in the Dining Room of my Victorian house over Modern Masters Pharaohs Gold paint. It worked awesome, dries fast, and is crystal clear.I am also using this as a top coat for all Lincrusta and Anaglypta in the house that is faux finished. It is the best product I have found for this! It is superior to regular water base polyurethane for this use.I do not know how this product would hold up on floors however. I suspect that regular or fast drying oil based polyurethane would be a better product for that use.This product has its place, and yes it is expensive, but for the right use it is worth the money!

I've been using this product for several years in my work. It's amazing outdoors and indoors. I made two vanities for bathrooms with pine wood tops and vessel sinks 4 years ago and sealed the tops with this. Still like new. It's pricy but worth it. At my local paint supplier its about $30 bucks more so this is a good deal. Arrived very well packed with no possibility of leaking during shipping.

The actual product I would give a 10/10... it’s like an epoxy seal. We used it for murals and it can get a little milky but dries clear.. it dried really fast and easy to see areas to cover.. will definitely use more of it..Giving it 2/5 because it came in two orders and take a look at the pictures.. I tried to contact the seller and no response.. for $100 a gallon I would expect better quality in shipping so no product is lost.. one gallon was literally stuck to the cardboard..

As a decorative painter for more than 28 years … this product has been the most reliable and beautiful finish I have found. Stays clear OUTSIDE!

If you like to see water bead up on your redwood deck, and other outdoor surfaces, you will appreciate Modern Masters waterproofing clear coat. The product goes on easily, dries fast, and brushes clean up well. I can quickly mop my redwood deck after applying this protective clear coat. One coat is sufficient on recently painted or stained surfaces. You may need to apply two coats on surfaces that haven't been recently finished.I mixed some non-slip additive into a small portion of this gallon and used it on stepping stones and pavers. Now it's much easy to broom clean or hose off those surfaces.
