3rd Party Tested Vitamin K Supplement
365 by Whole Foods Market Vitamin K 120 mcg. I bought these to supplement my creatine to match the same ingredients as a more expensive (one of the most expensive I've seen), highly rated, top shelf creatine. I vetted the product to make sure it was 3rd party tested by a reputable company so I know that the quality, and ingredients are what's advertised. The bottle is easy to open, and the pill size is nice and small (see pic) so it's easy to take. I haven't had any side effects. And I'm assuming it's working because I'm seeing results from my workouts. Is recommend this to anyone who wants a trusted Vitamin K supplement, or if they want to use this as an ingredient to create the same end result from a creatine blend that is rated the best creatine by many sources (for way cheaper) .

Easy to use, no flavor
I like this Vitamin K1 supplement because it can be easily broken into smaller parts in a way that is plain and measurable by sight. Others I have tried are hard, so hard that I'm not even sure they are breaking down in my gut. I only use about 40MG/per day in order to reach the 120 mg/day RDA. It has no flavor.

I guess it's working
The product seems fine. It's easy to adjust easy to take. It doesn't have any taste to it which is nice. I needed to take this product do the fact that I had some broken bones and it was suggested to me to take vitamin k. So I guess it's doing the job I'm not sure I just know that I'm healing. So I really can't say if it is working or if it's not

Arrived on time in good condition with the lid securely sealed.
I must limit the scope of my review to physical aspects of the purchase because I have no way to learn the chemical purity and potency of the product itself. The packaging and the pills appear as advertised. Whole Foods has a reputation for high quality and high prices; however, the price for this item is competitive.

Seems effective
Seems like a good supplement. I feel better than usual and have more energy, although it's hard to attribute those things directly to a single supplement. I can say that Vitamin K is not found in most multivitamins or other supplements, so I probably was missing it for a while. These capsules taste fine, and they're tiny and easy to swallow. Bringing them along on a trip is no problem!
