Ok so I use this product daily , 2- tablespoons total . Others might use 1-table daily.I consume it straight with water only .I have used a SF drink mix for color and flavor.However without adding anything it’s not bad taste not yucky but good enough . I just reason this is like a needed medication down the hatch .Be certain to mix throughly and don’t procrastinate very long as it thickens fast.I will buy it again once agin I like the quality and YES it gets the job done .Thanks for reading
