Riding the Anza is so. much. FUN!!
Overall, I am very pleased with my 500W Anza. In fact, I'm almost always looking for an excuse to ride it. I've ridden my fair share of e-bikes, but finally made the decision to purchase my own. I wanted a bike for cruising around the neighborhood, riding to the tennis courts or grocery store, and to take on some city streets. I went with the 500W Anza because it's quite fast, but doesn't feel dangerous (my top speed is 26 mph on flat ground). It's also relatively small and can fit in my crowded garage, which is a big plus for me.What really drew me to this bike is that it looks so freakin' cool. You can really tell that Monday Motorbikes put a lot of time and thought into designing it. I'm a huge fan of the cafe racer design and the polished look of everything. The pieces look and feel high quality and the welds are clean. I turn heads almost every time I go for a ride, it's kind of amusing.Shipping was relatively fast - it took 8 days to arrive to my house in Texas. Thankfully the assembly was super easy. All I needed to do was put on the handlebars with two allen keys, and then plug in the HMI display. The wheels, battery, and everything else were already on there. This was a big pro for me, as I know some e-bikes can take a while to assemble. Be aware that the Anza doesn't come with the allen key tools, so make sure you have some handy.Riding the Anza feels pretty amazing. To preface, I am 6ft tall and have longer arms and legs. When sitting on this bike my feet are flat on the ground and my hands can comfortably reach the handlebars. This makes for very comfortable sitting position, but I will say anybody taller than 6ft may feel a bit uncomfortable riding. My knees reach perpendicular with my body at the top of my pedal stroke, and I think it could be an issue for somebody much taller. The Anza's seat is fairly long and wide so it feels more like sitting on a chair rather than a bike seat, which I like. The frame also leads to a more upright sitting stance like on a motorcycle. The acceleration of the Anza is pretty responsive for a 500w motor, but still feels smooth and gradual. You don't feel like you're going to get thrown off the bike when the motor kicks in. The bike has three pedal assist modes and they all feel evenly distributed. I did learn that to hit top speed, you must be pedaling in pedal assist 3 AND pull the throttle. I was able to go from 0 to 26 mph in about 11 seconds by doing this. My only complaint about this bike is that their is some ghost pedaling past 20 mph. A bit higher gear ratio would be a nice thing to see on future versions of the bike. Nonetheless, I ride for transportation rather than exercise, so it's not a huge deal for me at the end of the day. When it comes to the battery, I am actually a big fan of where it sits on Anza. It sits on top of the top tube right in front of the seat and has a stylish cover over it. I think the battery cover helps a lot with the aesthetics of the Anza and also makes it less obvious that it's an e-bike. I see too many e-bikes with the battery just strapped onto the down tube and it never looks appealing to me. There's an easily accessible charging port on the bottom of the battery which looks to be a big improvement from the 1st generation of the Anza. I tend to charge the battery in my garage while it's still on the bike, but you can remove the battery if you want. Charging the battery takes me a little over 4 hours and can get me around 30 to 35 miles of range per charge (depending on how fast I ride). To summarize, If you're looking for an accessible e-bike for cruising around the neighborhood or making small commutes, I highly recommend the Anza from Monday Motorbikes. There's also the added benefit that you will look so cool doing it. I think the Anza is accessible for almost anyone, especially at the price point. I have so much fun on this thing and always look for a reason to ride it. Now I just wish my friends would buy one so we could ride together :)

Highest Quality on the Market
I Can’t believe how efficient this bike is. Love the thick wheels, feels extremely sturdy + durable. An absolutely amazing way to navigate my city. I have tried several of my friends ebikes and nothing compares to this one. I love this unit and highly recommend to anybody interested in exploring a premium ebike option!

My New Favorite
Bought the Anza with 500 watt battery and could not be happier with just how amazing this bike is built. The company shipped it to me in just 3 days! The quality of all components are excellent - when you end up going top speed down a hill, I feel confident that it is going to be solid even if I hit a small bump. Not to mention, the hydraulic brakes stop this thing on a dime. It looks heavy duty but actually is super light weight and easy to maneuver off the bike.Aside from the sweet cafe look of the bike, I’ve been getting so many compliments on it! It’s a bicycle that does so much more! Thanks MondayMotorbikes! I’m already telling everyone I know to buy one.
