My 7 week old had what I think was milk rash on his cheeks. Lots of red dots, that were dry and felt like sandpaper. I tried all the “My Expert Midwife” products like the skin salve etc but nothing worked, until THIS. Overnight the rash cleared up. We will now be using it for any dry skin patch on our baby and ourselves! Wonderful stuff!

I love this product! It's so gentle on my babies skin, smells divine and works. We've been using it for three years and it's healed many things from cradle cap to dribble rash. I'd highly recommend it.

I really like this product, I happen to find it just a bit pricey when you find yourself using this as a daily lotion type of product.It feels great on the skin and has a nice scent and retains moisture on the skin throughout the day.

Great product. Good for biracial skin - not many products are so this is a keeper. Have bought this again and again over past 4 yrs and it's the only thing I've put on both my babies nappy areas. I also use it all over their bodies after the bath. When it's really cold I carry a pot in my bag and put an extra layer on their delicate facial skin once we arrive at a freezing cold beach walk, for example.I prefer it in a tube for hygiene but it's hard to squeeze the last bit out, the tub is better for reaching all the product so pros and cons there.

The best skincare for my baby, her skin is so soft and I have used this since birth. Would strongly recommend and am on my 2nd tub!

OH had a skin reaction on his wrist, very itchy and swollen and dark red. Tried other creams/lotions but no better. This cleared it up in a few days. Very impressed. No babies in this house but will buy again - not for a while as a little goes a long way.

We’ve been using Burt’s Bees Baby Multipurpose Healing Ointment for over three years, and it has been one of the best products we’ve ever purchased for my son. As an infant, he had eczema and would often develop a contact rash around his mouth and cheeks whenever he ate acidic foods because of his very sensitive skin. His specialist recommended applying a protective barrier before meals, and this ointment worked perfectly.It creates a gentle, moisturizing barrier that helped protect his skin from irritation while he was eating. We noticed a significant difference, and it made mealtime so much less stressful. It was easy to apply, stayed in place well, and washed off without any issues.We also use it on his eczema flare-ups, and it does an excellent job of keeping his skin moisturized and helping soothe dry, irritated patches. I really appreciate that it’s made with natural ingredients and doesn’t have a strong fragrance, which is important for children with sensitive skin.A little goes a long way, so one tub lasts quite a while. Even after all these years, it’s still a staple in our home, and I always make sure we have one on hand.Overall, I can’t recommend this ointment enough for babies and children with sensitive skin or eczema. It’s gentle, effective, and has worked wonderfully for our family. I would absolutely purchase it again.
