Quality Product
Great journal perfect for the gym and tracking your progress. I love the layout and design. It is high quality and will stand up to the task. I would buy this again and recommend it to my friends. Roughly you can track 130 workouts. You can also track your goals and body measurements. This journal is well thought out and worth every penny.

This little journal is awesome and motivating
I brought this journal as I wanted a way to track my progress non digitally. First off this little thing looks phenomenal and I love the purplish pink color. You can tell it was made with care and not cheap. The pages are thick and sturdy, the data charts/columns are very simple and straightforward. The motivational quotes inside are a great touch. Overall this is amazing and I will be ordering another one once I fill out my current one.

Food, Exercise, Journal…oh my!
This is my 3rd one. I love it. Easy to record in. Forcible with how much or how little you put in the pages. Love it! Nice sturdy journal! Useful. Helpful. Again it’s my 3rd one!!!

Everyday book
It's a great journal at a perfect size. This is my second one now, as I already filled one. Pages are good quality for a clean smooth writing experience, laid out to keep all your workouts organized. Toss it in your gym and no worries. High quality and durable this journal will stay In good condition for longer then you will fill it all out.

Can use it for detailed routine or just soft tracking
Love this journal! It’s set up perfectly to track my work outs and routine. The detail of the columns makes it perfect to track everything, from sleep hours, lifting goals, sets, reps etc. it’s great for where I’m at in my fitness goals. 10/10 would recommend!

FITNESS JOURNAL
Really enjoying using this so far , I will mention the paper does feel pretty thick , but using a thicker pencil lead and pressing down hard ( I’m a hard writer ) my pencil does pierce the paper . I also do wish that the top ROW didn’t say Weight / Reps , or that every row said weight reps . It kinda bothers me because I feel like I can’t use that top space idk why . I do really like this journal tho and it is very nice quality . The front design is a little tacky Eat , Sleep , Gym . But it minimal and the all black makes it not too noticeable. I do like this thank you .

Love this journal, bout it for me and my gf and now we keep track of our workouts and not have to guess what weight we stared at the week prior . it's very durable
