Very easy to use, plate stays secure without shifting off the centre. Useful to have heat regulator from as high as 1000.

Reheats very quickly! Absolutely powerful. Very nice to look at. Great sheen on the door. Controls are easy to use. Awesome buy! Only drawback there is no visibility through the door when it's in use. That's why I gave a four star rating. It's easy to clean and will hold a 9 inch dinner plate. Great addition to the kitchen.

Nice big family microwave 1000w. I knew my old one wasn’t working well but I didn’t know just how bad till I tried this one. No frills need just hit the start button and turn the dial to adjust cooking time job done.

After an hour of reading the manual, pressing buttons multiple times, turning it on and off, I still can't set the time, or make it microwave anything, not sure if the buttons are broken, or the dial is, but it seems to do nothing at all!! Phone support not great, the guy kept forgetting what device it was and saying it was a dishwasher or washing machine or fridge, even though he had model and serial number! Hoping they send someone round as it is driving me mad!!

Love love love this microwave. It is a really good size. I love that the door pulls open rather than pushing a button. It is very powerful. Lastly it looks great.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This looks amazing, relatively easy to set up to the Internet, remember on most home WiFi your router broadcasts on 5 and 2.4 ghz, most products use 2.4ghz so you in some cases will have to separate the signal within the router, easy with the routers app, just rename the 5ghz xxxx_5Connected to my Smart things on my mobile.However as an air fryer, it gets hot, and I mean very hot at the sides and rear, so much so we won't be using that function as one side is up against a kitchen unit and I'm afraid of heat related damage. Recommendation is at least 10 cm clearance back and sides.But as for ease of use and cleaning, brilliant, super happy

I bought this microwave over a similar much cheaper one as it shows that it has a grill . I googled it and read the description but no grill . Very disappointed.Delivery was for Friday and signature required. It was left on my doorstep on Thursday, in a box labeled microwave !!
