Updated review - keep at it!
It takes a lot longer than expected for these exercises to start showing results. I've been doing them for 8 months now and am pleased with the results. You have to have lots of patience and tenacity to keep going but there will be a difference. Just don't expect miracles in a few weeks!

I have followed the advice to the letter and am now five weeks in. My skin looks really good, due to the daily massage, and I am sure my lines are less pronounced. However, the exercises listed in the book take commitment. Doing the exercises and massage daily takes around 20 mins, a little longer once you add in the advanced exercises, which doesn't sound much but if you are busy it is time-consuming. If you want a quick fix this is not for you but, if you are prepared to put in the work then it is very effective. Personally, will keep doing it.

Started doing these exercises 3 months ago, definitely noticing a difference round labidial lines and more definition at jawline and under chin area. You need to commit to the regime as per advice on DVD but I think it's been worth it.

Sore Face Muscles
I have done a few face exercises everyday for years, but this book opened my eyes to a lot more face muscles, exercises and massage techniques. I've now done seven of them daily for a few weeks and I can see a difference.The book gives good and informative descriptions of the techniques. I wish the pictures would show the movements a bit clearer though.

Interesting book but I found some of the instructions unclear ...
Interesting book but I found some of the instructions unclear. However, most of the exercises were fairly simple and I can feel an improvement in facial muscle tone.
